Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our nursing home in Portsmouth. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time night shift position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of care. You will also be expected to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
