We are seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Think Workforce, providing urgent care services in Portsmouth.
Service Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of Out of Hours (OOH) and Urgent Treatment services, catering to patients across Portsmouth. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will lead clinical decision-making, delivering urgent care services with precision using the Adastra system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and tele-health consultations.
- Embrace varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to provide care during both in-hours and predominantly out-of-hours.
- Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimise patient treatment strategies.
- Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely interventions for patient well-being.
Candidate Requirements:
We require a Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with Independent NMP (V300) qualification, experience in minor injuries and illness, and a recent DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
