About the Role:

  • Evaluate social media performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success and refine strategies for even greater impact in the future
  • Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Lead a dynamic team of social media specialists, providing mentorship, constructive feedback, and support to help them thrive and reach their full potential

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG social media, with a deep understanding of how to use social media to strategically build brands
  • Strong creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
