Position Title: Lead Business Insights Analyst

Position Overview:

  • Gather, evaluate, and articulate business requirements effectively.
  • Work autonomously to gain a comprehensive understanding of business objectives.
  • Communicate strategies clearly to both team members and management.
  • Ensure that solutions align with business needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
  • Perform detailed analyses to resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify and monitor project benefits throughout the lifecycle.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts.
  • Support project deliverables and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers on task planning.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing agile methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in documentation and analytical problem-solving.
  • Certification in Business Analysis.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
