Our healthcare client is embarking on a major programme of transformation with the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR), creating an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Insight Analyst within the Business Insight Team.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be responsible for providing in-depth, specialist information, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

They will play a key role in the long-term strategic planning and business management of the Trust through:

  • Development of demand and capacity models
  • Market and benchmarking analyses
  • Analytical support to large-scale improvement projects

The post holder will demonstrate initiative and self-motivation, with excellent interpersonal skills, to proactively support senior managers and clinicians through their analytical skills and knowledge of NHS information, performance, and planning frameworks.
