About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Rowen & Wren. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website platform to ensure best-in-class performance, functionality, and usability.
- Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to improve digital performance through merchandising, messaging, UX, and more.
- Collaborate with our Marketing & Brand team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates against KPIs, with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of website management and optimization for a retail brand.
- Proven track record of developing ecommerce growth strategies that have increased sales and profitability of a Shopify-based ecommerce channel.
- Strong technical skills with high-level proficiency in Shopify and a working familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid).
- Hands-on experience designing and executing experiments to increase conversion rates and optimize website performance.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency to interpret traffic and sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
