About the Role

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dementia Care Manager to lead our dementia communities and drive exceptional relationship-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of caregivers to deliver high-quality dementia care
  • Develop and implement dementia care strategies to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless care delivery
