About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at McBride, an International FMCG Business. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality procedures and processes to support manufacturing operations.
- Investigate and analyze quality failures to identify root causes and drive cost reduction and performance improvement.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and processes are improved.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC/EHS in an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Technical/Quality qualification.
- Computer literacy and auditing experience.
