Chemical Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Safety Manager to join our team at BYK Additives Ltd. (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture and championing standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver health and safety objectives and promote a culture of safety excellence.
- Lead audits and reviews to ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and policies.
- Provide coaching and training to colleagues on health and safety procedures and systems.
- Support line management in ensuring health and safety standards are met across the site.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
