Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team at our Harlow facility. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams, building capability, and motivating people to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training colleagues on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures. They will also troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations.

The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, good knowledge of HACCP, and an understanding of HSE responsibilities linked with leading in a food production setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
  2. Train colleagues on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations.
  4. Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.
  5. Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  1. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  2. Good knowledge of HACCP, understanding of HSE responsibilities linked with leading in a food production setting.
