Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our Harlow facility. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. You will be responsible for training colleagues on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that may arise.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000, plus a great benefits package, including Grocery Aid, well-being initiatives, staff discounts, and a rewards scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
  2. Train colleagues on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations.
  4. Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulations.
  5. Oversee production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  2. Good knowledge of HACCP and HSE responsibilities in a food production setting.
