About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Support in maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering KPIs.
  • Develop and coach a winning team, working with them to identify and nurture talent and train them to achieve success.
  • Embrace pace and work in a fast-paced environment, managing large volumes of stock and product.
  • Drive compliance in the store, through stocktakes, health and safety, and people processes.

Requirements
  • Management experience within a fast-paced and high-turnover retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
  • A history of working towards and successfully delivering KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
