About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the delivery of care when on duty and contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident.
  • Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks.
  • Provide support and companionship to residents, ensuring they enjoy meaningful one-to-one time with our carers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care, a good understanding of elderly care, and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. You will be dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of residents.
