About the Role

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing support and companionship to our residents. This is a rewarding role that requires a passion for people and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who has a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. You will need to hold a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and have a view to complete an NVQ 3. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. You will need to be able to travel across the area, either by car or public transport, and be happy to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights.

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential with a view to complete an NVQ 3, a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required. Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
