The Opportunity

PDI Technologies is embarking on a fast-paced expansion strategy, and we're seeking a skilled Logistics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Logistics Professional Services team, you'll work closely with clients to implement logistics management software projects, developing a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Provide solution consultation and customer solution demonstrations to clarify business needs and goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of the Statement of Work document, defining scope and requirements.
  • Lead requirements and specification definition with clients, driving necessary documentation for the software development team.
  • Define, analyze, specify, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of internal and external technical teams involved in the implementation.
  • Provide solution support and issue analysis during UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation.
  • Manage and execute System & Integration Testing.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and verify resolution.
  • Provide User Training and increase knowledge to become a subject matter expert in PDI products and services.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in implementation projects or system support.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in a STEM or business subject.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and German (preferred).
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills for frequent customer contact.
  • High level of self-organization, problem-solving ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Aptitude for IT and interest in software solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently on a client site.
Requirements
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office per week.
