Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear NMC pin number.
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
  • Prior experience in nursing homes is advantageous, but not essential.
