You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in assessment, planning, and implementation of care, as well as contributing to the development of innovative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting.
  2. To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective transitions of care.
  3. To assess, plan, and implement care for patients in the community.
  4. To contribute to the development of innovative services and improve patient outcomes.
  5. To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • 1st level Registered Paediatric Nurse.
  • Mentorship programme or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Further relevant post-registration professional studies.
