### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Verify and process financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
* Address discrepancies with customers and resolve issues promptly
* Manage customer inquiries via email and phone
* Utilize in-house and third-party software systems to perform tasks efficiently

### Requirements

* A-Levels or equivalent required
* At least one year of experience in purchase ledger required
* Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
