Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive support across all areas of human resources. The successful candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR duties, absence management, restructuring experience, employee relations, payroll, and administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers, including absence management, leave requests, and employee communications.
  • Support restructuring initiatives by assisting with organizational changes, workforce planning, and employee communications.
