The Role

We are seeking a Client Director to build and lead a portfolio of clients, driving growth and delivering against revenue and profit targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale strategic project and client management, with a strong track record of business development and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage a client portfolio with overall accountability for portfolio success
  2. Drive commercial performance of client projects, ensuring quality solution design and delivery
  3. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new business growth
  4. Lead the design and delivery of impactful programs and transformations that delight clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in human capital development, leadership development, or change management
  • Strong business development and solution design skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
