Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is currently seeking a Lead Childcare Coordinator to join our management team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to all team members while upholding the highest standards of care and education.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding high standards of quality within the nursery environment
  • Supporting and overseeing playroom staff in their daily responsibilities
  • Effectively allocating staff to ensure that the required standards are consistently met
  • Implementing nursery keycarer procedures and appropriately assigning children to keycarers
  • Ensuring that nursery practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
  • Providing professional and relevant feedback to parents and caregivers regarding their children
  • Promoting the nursery to current families and prospective clients
  • Fostering open and positive relationships with staff
  • Encouraging all staff to maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and caregivers
