We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at More Recruitment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the office, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Advertise open roles across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Process job applications from operatives and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Handle client calls regarding bookings and provide excellent customer service.
  • Search for candidates using our system and job boards, and import them into our in-house database.
  • Register candidates, prepare CVs for submission to clients, and import documentation into our system.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including on-call weekends, and prioritize tasks effectively.
