Electrical Field Service Engineer Medical Equipment

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South West region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair medical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Commission new medical equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall equipment performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with hospital staff and management.
Requirements:
- Strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
- Electrical qualification and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
