Senior Programmatic Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmatic Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a global full-funnel advertising agency that specializes in performance-led campaign strategy.
As a Senior Programmatic Executive, you will be responsible for working on some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands. You will oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art digital strategies alongside experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO.
Your analysis and recommendations will directly support product decisions towards our optimization strategy. You will be working in our specialist Programmatic team, with a specific focus on existing web journeys to help solve our business problems and ultimately improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
- Collect & analyze data, and identify trends & insights to maximize performance efficiency.
- Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
- Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of programmatic.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- A passion for Digital Marketing and learning.
