Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, leading initiatives, and managing workflow to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service delivery across the firm, ensuring Managers meet expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Lead initiatives through to completion, responsible for project management and due diligence.
  • Manage WIP reporting and align workflow with KPIs, providing updates to Partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients receive a comprehensive service.
  • Provide appraisals, training, and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Represent the firm at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build enhanced relationships with clients and nurture a team.
  • Drive new business growth in line with the firm's ambitious goals.
