About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our busy Outpatient department at Spire St Anthony's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Nursing staff and Consultants to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified nursing staff in providing comprehensive care to patients, ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and increase healthcare knowledge and experience in a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Participate in training programs, including Phlebotomy, ECGs, and basic dressings, to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work in a team environment.
