About the Role

Crown Paints is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Burgess Hill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Assistants/Drivers to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
