- Customer & Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary Quality interface for customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in the Reading sector leadership team, contribute to strategic planning, and manage quality metrics and KPIs.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal and supplier audits, address non-conformance, and ensure effective risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
- Proven track record in quality management and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of EN9100 and regulatory requirements.
