Job Title: Inspection Team Leader

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Inspection Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production process.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inspection Team Leader to lead our quality control team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in supervising a team of inspectors and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of inspectors to ensure the highest standards of quality in our production process
  • Verify subcontract operations and identify non-conformances
  • Generate PPQP and FAI reports
  • Lead the quality control team to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sub-contract machine shop environment
  • Strong motivational and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawing requirements
  • CMM programming skills (Software-Aberlink)
  • Highly competent and experienced gauge and CMM Inspector
  • Apprentice trained to a minimum of City & Guilds
