About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inspection Team Leader to lead our quality control team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in supervising a team of inspectors and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of inspectors to ensure the highest standards of quality in our production process
- Verify subcontract operations and identify non-conformances
- Generate PPQP and FAI reports
- Lead the quality control team to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Experience in a sub-contract machine shop environment
- Strong motivational and organisational skills
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawing requirements
- CMM programming skills (Software-Aberlink)
- Highly competent and experienced gauge and CMM Inspector
- Apprentice trained to a minimum of City & Guilds
