Role Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to engage with individuals recovering from strokes, providing essential support and guidance as they navigate their journey to recovery. We are looking for a creative and professional person with outstanding communication and organizational abilities to join our Stroke Recovery Service.

Location:
This position is primarily home-based, with the expectation of regular travel for team meetings and other work-related engagements.

Work Schedule:
Part-time commitment of 21 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available.

Contract Details:
This role is part of a contracted service, with funding secured until a specified future date.
