**About the Role**:We are looking for a dedicated Recovery Worker to support individuals experiencing mental health crises. In this role, you will:
- Carry out effective interventions in line with our values and recovery ethos.
- Conduct individual one-on-one sessions to assist service users in their recovery journey.
- Develop and implement recovery action plans and safety plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all support, interventions, outcomes, and incidents.
- Refer and signpost service users to appropriate local services.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous professional development, reflective practice, team meetings, and regular supervision.
- Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the service environment.
**Shifts**: Rota-based, with shifts either from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills.
- Unconditional positive regard for service users and colleagues.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of health and safety issues.
- Understanding of safeguarding issues and how to address them effectively.
**Experience**:Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Lived experience in mental health is also highly valued.
