Your new role will be as a Mechanical Project Manager or Contracts Manager, ideally with experience in education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial, heritage, and/or residential sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. This will involve managing project budgets and costs effectively, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting Health & Safety at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified Project Manager with experience of working on M&E projects and ideally have had responsibility for full contract management.
