Sales Degree Apprenticeship Programme

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Degree Apprenticeship Programme at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. This 4-year programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development while pursuing a Chartered Management Degree.

What to Expect

As a Sales Degree Apprentice, you will embark on a journey of personal and professional growth. You will spend your first year as a Grocery Merchandiser, gaining insight into the world of Coca-Cola products and developing essential skills in sales and customer service. In your second year, you will rotate into a Sales Representative role, delivering sales targets and building relationships with existing and new customers.

During your third and fourth years, you will have the opportunity to apply for various roles within the business, aligning your skills and interests with the company's needs. You will receive continuous support from our Early Careers team and management to help you navigate your career path.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are keen to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for sales and business development. To be eligible, you must:

  • Hold a full driving licence
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have been resident in England for more than 3 years
  • Have a minimum of 104 UCAS points (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Achieve a minimum grade 4 in Maths and English GCSE
