Role Responsibility

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Westbrook Integrated Care Centre. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals, including those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support individuals with dementia, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
