Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Konnect Recruit. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage and coordinate the activities of our operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our operations team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of our operations team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our operations team is aware of and complies with all health and safety policies and procedures, and that they take all necessary steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
