We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and promote a positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
