About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Bicycle Brand Manager to join our global marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the global marketing plan for the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike categories, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity with the road & gravel cycling and mountain bike categories, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business results. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to build, deliver, and optimize the marketing plan for these categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a cohesive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize online and offline marketing activities.
  • Responsible for core portfolio and new product campaigns, including their definition, delivery, and reporting.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category-localized communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Maximize ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
  • Support ambassador/influencer programs.
Requirements
  • Degree-level educated.
  • 4+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience.
  • Strong affinity with the road & gravel cycling and mountain bike categories.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and driving business results.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.
  • On occasion, will be required to work unsocial hours/weekends.
