Job SummaryCarr Hill High School is seeking an experienced School Facilities and Estates Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the school site, ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the school site is safe and well-maintained.
- Supervise and manage the school's maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that the school site is well-maintained and safe.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the school site is well-maintained and safe.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the school site is compliant with all relevant regulations.
