Precise Placements is seeking an experienced Information Security Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the ISO27001 Information Security Management System across all regions and offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the global ISO27001 programme, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Verify that our monitoring tools are meeting the ISMS objectives and alert the necessary individuals if they are not.
- Create and maintain necessary documentation, flagging with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for review where relevant.
- Ensure security metrics are appropriate for ISO27001 and align with business objectives.
- Undertake regular checks as set by the CISO, ensuring the organization's security posture is maintained.
- Assist the CISO with the supplier review process, providing support to local teams and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Understand business objectives and support the development of a budget for information security objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and publish security policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Develop and maintain the security compliance program, ensuring it is aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide support to local offices to update and maintain country-specific ISO documentation.
- Coordinate external audits, working with relevant internal and external parties to ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure Business Continuity testing is undertaken in each global office, ensuring the organization's ability to recover from disruptions.
- Ensure the results of all tests and audits are followed up and monitored, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and maintain the management review process, ensuring it is aligned with industry standards.
- CISM or MSc InfoSec/Cyber Security qualified is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work both as part of a team and individually, with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible 'can-do' attitude, good communication skills at all levels within an organization and with international colleagues.
- Strong organization skills, awareness of the need to keep other team members informed and involved in projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a second language an advantage.
- Thorough experience of ISO27001 Management Systems is a requirement.
- Understanding and experience of IT systems & information security technical controls.
- Legal or Professional Services experience is an advantage.
