Job Title: HR Advisor

Robert Walters is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Manchester. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to clients on all aspects of HR and Employment Law.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
  • Provide quality advice to clients in a productive manner within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system.
  • Signpost clients to pre-prepared documents and letters.
  • Review client documentation and provide feedback and advice accordingly.
  • Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases.
  • Offer clients options regarding utilisation of other products and services.
  • Have a high level of knowledge and breadth of employment law and HR matters.
  • Support other Consultants coming into the business as requested.
  • Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
  • Undertake Welcome Calls with new clients.
Essential Requirements:
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage own caseload.
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
  • Pride in delivering a high-quality service and genuine desire to own, lead, and resolve issues for clients.
  • CIPD Lv.5 and above is desired, although CIPD Lv.3 and experience will be considered.
