An International Consumer Goods business is currently experiencing exponential growth and is looking to expand their Finance team at Marc Daniels.

My client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager with significant exposure to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

The role and business offer excellent hybrid working options and excellent progression opportunities for the right individual.

  1. Brand, Product Category and Product Reporting - sales (volume & mix), cost, margin.
  2. Sales Reporting and Analysis for senior level stakeholders.
  3. Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reports including channel, customer, product profitability providing investigation and commentary on variance to plan for a range of senior Directors.
  4. Month End Commentary and Analysis of sales and margin comparisons to budget and prior year, liaison with Commercial team to understand/challenge and draw insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
  5. Robust Commercial, Trend and Business Analysis across customer, categories & products.
  6. Ensure Complex Information and Data is Turned into Clear and Digestible Information.
  7. Support Decision Making across the commercial teams with insightful and accurate recommendations.
  8. Take a Lead Role in the Budgeting and Forecasting Process working with commercial and finance teams.
  9. Work Closely with Finance Team to ensure accurate allocation of deductions, understanding drivers of distribution.
  10. Build Partnerships and Maintain Strong Relationships with all senior managers and their team.
Requirements:
  1. A Finance professional with significant qualified experience; Consumer Goods experience preferred.
  2. CIMA / ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
