About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at The Growth Company. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality research and evaluation projects that drive economic growth and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Directors and Junior Consultants to develop and deliver innovative research and evaluation methodologies.
  • Plan, prioritize, and be accountable for work plans, as well as organize and manage multiple responsibilities to achieve project objectives.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to draw intelligent conclusions and answer research questions.
  • Develop research instruments and tools that ensure we generate the insight and understanding our clients need.
  • Conduct in-depth consultation and research, including primary and secondary methods.
  • Build strong client relationships, demonstrating an understanding of their needs to meet or exceed their expectations.

About You:

  • A relevant degree or master's in economics, human geography, urban regeneration, and planning, or related subject areas including data analysis, social research, and public policy.
  • A minimum of 4 years' consultancy experience.
  • A good understanding of, and exposure to, a broad portfolio of research methods.
  • Expertise in managing clients and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong data and numerical skills, including a proven track record of presenting this visually and innovatively.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • A team player who collaborates and works well with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
  • Analytical with a keen attention to detail, delivering quality outputs.
