About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users
  • Offer advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Support social (re)integration and promote recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination
  • Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and community stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery plans
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working in a similar field. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good IT skills. A proactive and adaptable approach, combined with excellent time management and prioritizing skills, is essential.
