About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Technician to join our HR team at Novelis. As a Payroll Technician, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 250 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Monitor, resolve, and escalate issues related to payroll and pensions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, providing information and assistance as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislation.
  • Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider is advantageous.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Payroll Technician.
  • Knowledge of ADP iHCM and ADP Realtime (time and attendance) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Motivation, knowledge, and experience to run payroll independently from the start.
  • Willingness to support other HR roles with HR administration tasks.
