As a key member of our small but dynamic Marketing team, you will play an integral role in helping Marketing to drive the acquisition of delegates for our global event schedule.

You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure smooth and effective execution of Marketing strategies across various digital channels. A core part of your role will be building and nurturing relationships with potential delegates, contributing directly to the success of each event.

You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside the wider team, benefiting from full training and continuous support as you develop your skills as a junior marketer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage email inboxes, including the creation and management of personalised emails.
  • Support outreach efforts across multiple channels, including Email and LinkedIn.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key audiences across both established and emerging digital channels.
  • Oversee and manage data across Email Marketing and Data Management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Force24, Adestra, Google Sheets).
  • Generate reports and provide updates to track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
  • Assist with general marketing administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the marketing team with additional tasks as required.
  • Occasional travel to London for events.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (desirable but not essential).
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Eager to learn and progress in the field of marketing.
  • Trustworthy and accountable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to work both remotely and in an office environment, when required.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and data management tools.
  • Based in either Bournemouth or Bristol for Hybrid working (desirable but not essential).
