About the Role:

Morrisons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Street Manager to join our team. As a Market Street Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth on Market Street.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets on Market Street.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty on Market Street.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and other department managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of colleagues to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Ensure that all colleagues are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and merchandise on Market Street to ensure that we are meeting customer demand and minimizing waste.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales and profitability on Market Street.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and other department managers to develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
