Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Valuer to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters.

About the Role: As a Residential Property Valuer, you will be responsible for valuing residential properties and providing sales progression experience. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate market values
  • Provide sales progression experience to clients, including negotiating sales and managing the sales process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential property valuing and sales progression experience
  • Outgoing and confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driven and proactive approach to work, with ability to network and win new business
  • Highly organized and efficient approach, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with ability to use software to manage sales data and reports
  • Ideal candidate will have some people management skills, but not essential
  • Driver's license and access to own vehicle

  • Competitive salary, with basic salary in the region of £25,000 and OTE £35,000 depending on experience
