We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Edinburgh. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food services to our residents while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for residents, adhering to dietary requirements and budget constraints.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office to develop and implement menu planning, food safety, and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in menu planning and entertainment committee meetings to enhance the dining experience for residents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar setting.
