We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable transport solutions.

About the Role

As a HGV Technician, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic and technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our vehicles are running efficiently and effectively, and that our customers are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic and technical support to customers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
Requirements
  • HGV Technician City and Guilds, NVQ 3 or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of VOSA requirements and MOT testers manual
  • Understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations
  • Ability to operate GDS and Impact systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
