About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Design Implementation Engineer to join our team at Imec India Private Limited. As a key member of our Physical Digital Implementation Group, you will be responsible for the physical design implementation of advanced electronic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement low-power digital circuits using Cadence Innovus Place&Route flow
  • Develop and optimize floorplanning and power grid designs
  • Perform detailed timing-driven placement and routing
  • Ensure setup and hold violations are solved
  • Extract and analyze sign-off timing, power, and physical verification results
  • Collaborate with the Physical Design implementation team to drive sign-off closure for tape-out
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electronics or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in physical implementation of advanced nodes (12 – 7nm) and hierarchical designs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team
